Payment Information
We support all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), Paypal, check & money order.

To pay by paypal simply select the paypal option and we will direct you over to the paypal site where you can login and send the payment to our account. Once the funds are verified we will ship the product to you. Please note that eCheck payments take 3-4 business days to complete the transfer. We will ship the order after the funds have cleared.

If you wish to send a check or money order we will only send the product once the check clears in our account. It may take up to 10 business days before the funds are released to us. We will not hold the items for order so there is a chance that your items will not be available at the time the funds are clear.

We collect sales and use taxes for sales shipped to the State of Washington. Additional states may be added without notice. We shall not be liable for handling or customs charges for shipments outside the United States.
We accept both USD and CAD currencies. There is a simple link on every page you can click to adjust between both currencies.
Shipping Information
All in stock orders placed will be processed and shipped within one business day. Express and Overnight orders placed before 3:00 PM PST will be processed and shipped on the same day. Express and Overnight orders placed after 3:00 PM PST will be processed and shipped on the next business day.
Battpit.com will ship using UPS, Purolator, USPS and Canada Post. We will only use carriers that have a proven track record of reliability with the capability to track their packages. The estimated delivery times of each service are listed in the Shipping Method box as can be seen when viewing your cart and at the payment page of the checkout process.
All our in-stock items will ship within 24 hours. Please review the estimated delivery times of the service that you selected to give you an indicator of when to receive the item.

For out-of-stock orders the customer will be notified by a representative to let them know the timeframe for shipping the battery. The customer can cancel the order at anytime prior to shipping to avoid any restocking fee.
In the event that we don't happen to have one or more of your items in stock, and we cannot get the items from the manufacturer within five working days. We will notify you right away via e-mail and/or phone, at which point we'll let you know how long it will be before we can ship your item(s). If there are multiple items on your order, we might ship the items that are in stock right away. We will then ship any items that are on back order once they come in. You will be charged any extra amount for shipping. If you do not want your order to be partial shipped, please let us know.

All back ordered item(s) will remain on back order unless we are instructed by you to cancel that item(s).
Order Status Information
To track your package, simply click on the order status button at the top of our page. You will be asked to provide your order number and email address and we will send you the tracking information that is recorded in our system.
We have 2 different status levels for your order.

In-Process: You have placed and order and made payment. We are in the process of picking and packing the order for shipment

Completed: The order has been picked up by the carrier. A tracking number has been issued to the customer
Ordering Information
We have a search bar on the left that will allow you to search for your battery by category or brand. Alternatively you can enter your mobile electronic device in the search bar and we will display all products that will work with your device.
As you shop on our website you will add items to your shopping cart and when you are ready to buy, you will be required to checkout your items. There will be a verification page so that you can adjust the quantities and review your order. The shopping cart will also total your purchase for you.
Here at battpit.com we use the latest technologies in resource planning to make sure we keep adequate stock on all our products. In the event that your product is out of stock, we will inform you of a possible delivery date which should be no longer than 2 weeks from your date of purchase. All in-stock orders will be shipped either the same day or the next business day.
If you have not made payment for your order you can easily hit the "Edit" button under "ITEM DESCRIPTION" at the shopping cart page and make changes to your order. If you have already completed the transaction and made payment, please call our customer service line at 1-866-926-3929 and a representative will help you cancel the order so that you may go back online and create the order with all the changes you would like to make. Please see the following question to find out the stipulations with canceling an order.
We will only cancel the order if the item has not been packed or shipped. Please call our customer service line and a representative will check the internal status of your order. Once it is packed you are responsible for all the shipping charges to send the item(s) to you and the shipping charges to send the item(s) back to us.
We will send you a confirmation email after you complete the order. You can also check your order status under "Order Status" by typing in your order number and your email address.
Prices are listed in our Website and are subject to change without notice. Prices for certain government, corporate, and institutional customers may be set forth in a bid or other written agreement between the parties. Payment is due before shipment, unless credit terms have been arranged in advance with our credit department. In such case, payment terms shall be as set forth in the credit agreement.

The advertisements on the Website are invitations to you to make offers to purchase products and services on the Website and are not offers to sell. All prices and other amounts appearing on the Website are quoted in Canadian or US dollars.
Orders are not binding upon us until accepted by us. Terms of payment are within our sole discretion. Invoices are due and payable within the time period specified on the invoice, measured from the date of invoice. We may invoice parts of an order separately. Customer is responsible for, and will indemnify and hold battpit.com harmless from, any applicable sales, use or other taxes or federal, state or local fees or assessments associated with the order. Customer must claim any exemption from such taxes, fees or assessments at the time of purchase and provide the necessary supporting documentation. Any sales, use or other applicable tax or fees or assessments is based on the location to which the order is shipped. In the event of a payment default, Customer will be responsible for all of our costs of collection, including court costs, filing fees and attorney's fees.
RMA Information
We provide 30-day refund and 1 year exchange warranty. Please email us at rma@battpit.com for the RMA form or download the online RMA form from the following, Please fill out the RMA form and email it to rma@battpit.com or fax it to 1-888-317-1987. Our RMA department will then issue the RMA# to you and email you with the further instructions for exchange/refund.
