  • What is the shipping policy?

    All orders placed at BattDepot Canada (of in-stock items) are processed and shipped within 24 hours Monday through Friday (except public holiday)! For shipout orders placed before 3:00PM PST will be shipped on the same business day (All orders in weekends and North American holidays will be process at the next business day). Orders placed after 3:00PM PST will be processed and shipped on the next business day.

  • What shipping method do you support?

    By shipping with Canada Post/ USPS/UPS (United Parcel Services)/FedEx, BattPit.com is committed to providing our customers with a reliable and responsible carrier. We also provide customers with order tracking so every package we ship can be traced to its exact location any time before delivery. The following are the shipping methods supported by Canada Post/ /USPS/UPS (United Parcel Services)/FedEx with the suggested travel time. We do not guarantee the delivery time.

    *The following shipping rates are based on ONE item. You can pre-select your shipping method before checking out. Our system will calculate the exact total amount before you enter your personal information.
    Standard (4-7 Business Days)
    Express (2-3 Business Days)
    *No shipping to PO Boxes, HI, AK, PR States.
    *No shipping to APO/FPO.
    Shipping Notes
    All shipments will receive a tracking number and are fully insured while in transit. All orders on weekends and North American holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • Free Ground Shipping

    For orders being shipped to the Canada, we provide free ground shipping on all orders over C$39.99.

  • Shipping Rate

    Unlike many other internet stores, we don't make a profit from shipping charges. We only charge actual shipping costs and handling labor fees. Shipping is calculated before submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.

  • Shipping Rate for Rural Areas/Remote Areas

    Due to the inaccessibility of some rural areas/remote areas, additional shipping costs might be incurred. We will notify you of any extra shipping costs required.

  • What is your Backorder policy?

    If we don't have one or more of your items in stock, and we cannot get the items from the manufacturer within 2 weeks, we will notify you right away via e-mail and/or phone, at which point we'll let you know how long it will be before we can ship your item(s). If there are multiple items on your order, we will ship out the entire order once all items are in stock. If you would like the in-stock items to be shipped first, please contact us. Additional shipping costs will be applied in such cases.

    All back-ordered item(s) will remain on backorder unless we are instructed by you to cancel that item(s).
